In the Metro 2033 novel (the English version at least), the leader of Hansa is called Prime Minister Loginov, but we've got it down as Rusakov. Where does it say his name has changed, or it is a different person? The leaders could have changed, but wouldn't it make more sense to stick to Glukhovsky's canon, or at least give both names?
