Inferno is an achievement/trophy in Metro: Last Light awarded to the player for setting 2 enemies on fire at once. A good place to unlock this is on the level Revolution, in the armored train yard - wait for the captain to call over a soldier to ask him to "burn the rats." They will be close enough together for an incendiary grenade to set them both on fire.
